Job Description:
The Contract Conversion & Integration (CCI) team enables global
order processing, invoicing, revenue reporting, revenue
forecasting, and financial audit capabilities within AWS
Professional Services (ProServe). Our CCI team sits within the
Global Operations Center and currently has team members spanning
globally. You will be joining a tight-knit, collaborative group
that cares about serving our customers and stakeholders
Own and deliver all Project accounting for Professional Services
within Amazon Web Services, Inc. ("Ensure complete and accurate
project set up in project accounting system consistent with the
contract statement of work.
Partner daily with cross functional teams including Sales, Legal,
Business Operations, Systems, Insights and Finance.
Develop reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and processes to
continuously monitor data quality and integrity. This includes
creating and coordinating user acceptance test plans for
dashboards, advising on best practices and actionable insights
based on analysis.
Continuously review and optimize operational processes and seek
opportunities to reduce transactional workload through deep dive
and gap analysis, providing leadership recommendations for system
integration and automation projects
Own the setup for all Project accounting for Professional Services
in the North America, Latin America and Canada regions, with
particular focus to our US Federal Accounts which have a US
Citizenship requirement; ensuring complete and accurate project and
assignment set up in project accounting system consistent with the
contract statement of work for all projects, while adhering to
SLAs.
Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, and
scalability.
Facilitate scoping meetings with subject-matter-experts and project
leads.
Coordinate, design, and deliver training materials and content for
internal team members and stakeholders.
Leverage appropriate tools and delivery methods relative to usage,
need, and audience - Wisdom, Wiki pages, Training platforms,
etc.
Develop scalable modules to maximize content re-use and ensure
training programs are consistent and ready for a potentially global
audience.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the organization by
being a trusted advisor, facilitator, and creative problem
solver.
Implement continuous improvements to the CCI team, operational
organization, sales organization, and the program management
process.

5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar
software
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes,
procedures and policies or equivalent
5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations
experience
