Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medication, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient charts. You will also be responsible for providing continued support and education to patients, promoting their overall health and ensuring they have the tools to adequately recuperate and prevent further health issues.Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Medical Surgical nursing
