Job Description:

A facility in Tacoma, WA is looking for a locum tenens Pediatric Cardiologist to assist with coverage starting ASAP. Candidates must be Board Certified. An active WA license or IMLC is required to apply.The facility is located in Tacoma, WA.They are seeking two full-time (2.0 FTE) healthcare providers to begin immediately, with coverage needed through fall 2025. The need arises due to clinic acquisitions and maintaining patient volumes. The schedule consists of Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with call duties on a 1:4 rotation and a 25% call-back rate. The role includes a wide scope of practice, such as managing neonatal and pediatric ventilation, performing intubations, sedation, central and arterial line placements, various procedures (e.g., lumbar puncture, chest tube insertion), and interpreting X-rays and EKGs.
Dates Needed: December - Ongoing, FT coverage needed
Call Ratio/Schedule: Weeknights and weekends
Case Load/PPD: 8 - 10 PPD
