  • WA License
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Acute Care Med/Surg Onc experience
  • BLS
  • Chemo certification preferred
  • Outpatient Onc experience is preferred and needs lots of chemo experience Other details:
    • Floating required IF census is low
    • Screen for experience for 1st time traveler, will accept if chemo experience and organization is strong or has experience with outpatient chemoPlease indicate the WA license status : Active , in Process or no license on your profile.
