    • First-timers accepted: Must have 3-4 years in a Level IV NICU and taking care of Level IV patient, and have float experience to be considered as 1st timer. If less than 3-4 years exp, they must have completed 1-2 Level IV travel assignments minimum.
    • Certs REQ: PALS, BLS
    • WA RN License: Can have perm WA license, temporary WA RN license, or be in process of applying. Need Perm or Temp prior to start.
    • On-call REQ: Potential
    • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes, floating required as needed to other ICU environments, within scope.
    • Travelers cannot request Christmas Eve/Christmas off. Specific preferences for RTO discussed in the job description.
    • No RTO during first 2 weeks due to orientation
    • Completed a minimum of 2 traveler assignments.
    • True level IV NICU with high acuity.

      • Shift: 3x12 D/N Rotating (cannot do straight days or nights but can give manager a preference)
