You will employ Nursing Professional Practice: assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develops, updates, and coordinates the patient's plan of care to achieve patient goals and to optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Performs and maintains currency of essential competencies as required by specific areas of hire and populations served.

Must Haves:

• 1 year of Nursing experience in OR
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Preferred:
  • National Certification in an area of specialty is preferred upon hire unless otherwise indicated Ideal Candidate:
    • One year experience in an Operating Room not counting residency, clinical hours, or school time
