Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to facilitate
large-scale software and hardware integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate agile teams and ensure adherence to Scrum or Kanban
processes
Remove impediments and promote high-performing team dynamics and
continuous improvement
Coordinate with team members and other Scrum Masters to meet
commitments during Program Increment Planning
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar
role leading a technical team
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar
agile project management certification
Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira,
VersionOne, Rallye)
Experience with large software systems including hardware
integration and testing
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as System Engineering,
Computer Science, or related discipline
