Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time Administrator - Arbitration
to join their State Arbitration team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the independent dispute
resolution team
Analyze and input data from treatment providers and health plans
into the system
Respond to inquiries regarding case status and the appeals
process
Required Qualifications
Associate degree with 2+ years of experience or HS Diploma/GED with
4+ years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce platform is highly preferred
Familiarity with insurance documentation and claim forms
Knowledge of CPT codes is preferred
