Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Associate to assist in
healthcare system research and provide information to members.
Key Responsibilities
Research and document information regarding healthcare providers
and eldercare services
Respond to member requests by providing specific resources and
options
Track cases and follow up with members and providers in a timely
manner
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum of one year of healthcare experience preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and web navigation required
Ability to pass standardized testing and interviews
Bilingual skills may be required based on assignment
