Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Concierge - US
Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a caseload of 350-500 files and support customers
throughout their real estate journey
Educate customers on program benefits and tailor solutions to meet
their real estate needs
Ensure proactive follow-up with customers and achieve key metrics
related to customer satisfaction and sales
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of business experience preferred
High school diploma required; some college preferred
Bilingual English-Spanish speakers preferred
Real estate knowledge preferred (home purchase, sale, or
mortgage)
Customer service experience preferred (retail, financial services,
or call center)
