Superintendent

As Superintendent, you will use your relationship-building and outstanding communication skills to oversee those responsible for project field operations. Your assurance that self-performed and subcontractor-performed work meets documented compliance and is delivered on schedule will drive your success in this role. In carrying out your duties, you will champion safety and quality control amongst all company employees and subcontractors. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor?s degree and safety certifications (highly desired), and possess 15 years? experience in working with large-scale, commercial projects.* Virtual design and construction experience that encompasses the entire construction process, from scheduling, to contract administration, to equipment and manpower, will be expected. Working knowledge of OSHA requirements is a given.
