A company is looking for an Auto and General Liability Claims
Supervisor- Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of Senior Claims Adjusters handling
various liability claims
Promote best practices and ensure claims are managed according to
established guidelines
Manage workloads, set team goals, and drive talent development
through hiring and training
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
At least 8 years of prior leadership experience
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims
are handled
Knowledge of all team member related functions
