Job Description:
A company is looking for a Curative Specialist to support real
estate transactions by examining titles and resolving
discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Performs title curative functions to resolve discrepancies within
deadlines
Responds to customer inquiries via phone and email
Assists in departmental processes and follows established
procedures for daily tasks
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
Ability to follow clearly defined procedures
Works under direct supervision with little autonomy
Performs other duties as assigned by management
