As a key member of our seafood department, you will be responsible for leading a team of team members in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and presentation.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profit.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Whole Foods Market standards.
• Collaborate with other department managers to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on seafood products, pricing, and promotions to make informed purchasing decisions.Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
