Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Provider Credentialing &
Data.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily workflow of the Credentialing and Provider Data
departments
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for timely and
accurate credentialing
Lead readiness for NCQA accreditation and regulatory surveys
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or
related field
7 years of progressive provider credentialing and/or data
experience, including supervisory experience
Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and
credentialing software
Advanced knowledge of regulatory standards such as NCQA and CMS
