Chiropractor Federal Way WA (30 min S of Seattle)
4-day work week! (Mon-Thur)

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Federal Way, WA. Our state-of-the-art office is located less than 30 minutes (23 miles) south of Seattle in beautiful Federal Way. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a DC who is evidence based and has strong manipulation, rehab, and manual therapy skills. We need a strong clinician who uses manipulation as their primary modality. Must be growth oriented and team player for a multidisciplinary practice. We offer an excellent work life balance with a Monday through Thursday work week!

Duties:

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Full spine diversified, drop, impulse, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Some social media marketing under the direction of the office manager Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
  • Active Chiropractic license in WA Schedule:
    • Full time (Mon-Thursday) Salary (range):
      • $80k-$100k plus bonus compensation Benefits:
